摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip detection sensor capable of surely detecting a failure in gripping and a shift of a gripping position posture of a specimen by means of a simple principle and a structure only using the presence of electric conduction among a small number of electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: The grip detection sensor detects a failure in gripping a specimen 5 and a shift of the gripping position posture by monitoring whether or not electric conduction is present between an applicator electrode 3 attached to a manipulator finger and a plurality of monitoring electrodes 41a-41f through the specimen 5 when the conductive specimen 5 is carried by a manipulator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
