<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device capable of performing image processing with high performance and high efficiency to the image processing such as encoding/decoding processing of MPEG-4 AVC requiring a large amount of data processing, and to provide an electronic apparatus using the signal processing device. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processing device comprises: an instruction parallel processor 100; a first data parallel processor 101; a second data parallel processor 102; a motion detection unit 103 which is dedicated hardware; a de-blocking filter processing unit 104; and a variable length encoding/decoding unit 105. By this structure, the signal processing device in which loads are distributed to software and the hardware, and high throughput and flexibility are attained, and an electronic apparatus using the signal processing device can be provided, in signal processing of image compression/decompression algorithm with much processing amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
