<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunofluorescent assay method in which a difference in temperature dependencies of a signal value in a control area and a signal value in a test area is small in the immunofluorescent assay method using a correction system for adjusting a signal change rate by a temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A method for measuring a test substance includes the steps of: (1) reacting fluorescent particles and a test substance by bringing the test substance and the fluorescent particles into contact with a test area and a control area present on a substrate; (2) removing the unreacted fluorescent particles; (3) measuring the fluorescence of the fluorescent particles in the test area and the control area; and (4) correcting a fluorescence signal value in the test area using a fluorescence signal value in the control area. The fluorescent particles are binding substance-labeling fluorescent particles in which (i) one or more first binding substances which can bind to the test substance, and (ii) a third binding substance which can bind to a second binding substance and which does not bind to the test substance are bound, and the second binding substance which can bind to the first binding substance is immobilized in the control area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
