PURPOSE: A keyboard with a 7-segment LED(Light Emitting Diode) and a password processing method are provided to drive a 7-segment LED on a keyboard and to input a bank password, thereby reducing hacking danger. CONSTITUTION: An encoded 7-segment LED driving signal is received by providing transfer information which includes the amount of transferred money and a receiver bankbook number to a bank server system(ST1). A 7-segment LED in a keyboard is emitted by decoding the encoded 7-segment LED driving signal(ST3). A key button of the emitted 7-segment LED, which is matched with a bankbook password received from a client system, is encoded and is transmitted to the bank server system(ST8). The encoded 7-segment LED driving signal is decoded by a decoding software module stored in a memory of the client system.
