PURPOSE: An illumination device is provided to implement various light distributions by combining at least more than two light-emitting device modules. CONSTITUTION: A first light-emitting device module(120) has a first light distribution. A second light-emitting device module(130) has a second light distribution different from the first light distribution. A power supply unit(150) supplies power to the first and the second light-emitting device modules. A lens unit is located in an upper part of the first and the second light-emitting device modules. A support plate supports the first and the second light-emitting device modules.
