PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of halite soap is provided to manufacture the halite soap with reduced unique smell of an oriental herbal extract and components useful for skin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of halite soap comprises the following steps: a step of preparing halite powder; a step of preparing an oriental herbal extract by pressurizing and extracting oriental herbal materials; a step of manufacturing useful microorganism fermentation liquid by mixing the oriental herbal extract and rice-washing water, and adding molasses and useful microorganisms; a step of manufacturing halite mixed powder with the fermentation liquid by mixing the halite powder and the useful microorganism fermentation liquid; a step of manufacturing a soap chip solution by uniformly mixing melted soap chips and the halite mixed powder with the fermentation liquid; and a step of cooling the soap chips after injecting the soap chip solution into a soap mold. |
