<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically cleaning a cooling tower in which the cleaning of a filler is automated without requiring work for setting cleaning conditions on site, and also eliminating the need for cleaning workers, and to provide an automatic cleaning device. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: detecting a measured temperature of cooling water W in a water tank 12, and a timing for cleaning the filler 2 of the cooling tower 1; and spraying, in the cleaning timing, a high-pressure water to the filler 2 from a nozzle 3 arranged facing the filler 2, thereby cleaning the filler 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
