<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a new user interface by distributing a theme to a radio device. <P>SOLUTION: The radio device receives a list of available themes and premium content from an activation server. The radio device downloads and selects a theme for activation. The activation server confirms whether the radio device accesses the theme or the premium content, and then, approves the radio device to activate the theme or the premium content.
