<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism where a sterilization process using a concentrated sterilization agent and a sterilization process using sterilizing agent that has yet been concentrated can be switched without changing the sterilization process. <P>SOLUTION: In a concentration mode in which the sterilization process using the concentrated sterilizing agent is performed, a sterilizing agent supplied from a supply device is concentrated in a concentration furnace, and the concentrated sterilizing agent is sent to a pipe communicating with a sterilization chamber after vacuum equipment reduces the interior of the sterilization chamber to predetermined air pressure. In a non-concentration mode in which the sterilization process using the sterilizing agent that has not been concentrated is performed, the sterilizing agent is supplied from the supply device to the concentration furnace after the vacuum equipment reduces the pressure in the sterilization chamber to the predetermined air pressure, and the supplied sterilizing agent is sent to the pipe communicating with the sterilization chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
