摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller or the like capable of instructing to charge a power storage device with small current, which is for example smaller than 6A, (plug-in charge) by using a pilot signal having a specified duty ratio, even when a duty ratio corresponding to a rated current value of the small current is not specified. <P>SOLUTION: A controller for plug-in charge transmits a pilot signal having a duty ratio corresponding to a predetermined rated current value, in a first period. The duty ratio of the transmitted pilot signal is stored in a storage part in each first period. A charge current value to a power storage device is calculated on the basis of two or more duty ratios stored in the storage part during a second period that is equal to or more than twice the first period, in each second period; and charge with the charge current value is instructed, where the transmitted pilot signals include at least two kinds of pilot signals having different duty ratios during the second period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
