<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further stabilize a negative pressure property in a valve unit. <P>SOLUTION: The valve unit 23 includes: a pressure chamber 46 communicating with a liquid passage via a communication hole; a valve body 51 for closing the communication hole by closing the valve; a pressure receiving part configuring one surface of the pressure chamber and warped and deformed depending on a pressure change in the pressure chamber; and a pressure receiving plate 57 provided at the side of the pressure chamber of the pressure receiving part where the pressure receiving plate 57 further has an axial part 57c configured to rotate when the pressure receiving plate 57 on which the deforming receiving part is pressed is moved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
