<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely perform control such that pressurizing force of a lumber to be worked of only a specific stage is fixed and one or more of working temperatures and pressurizing force of the lumber to be worked of the other stages are made different, by stacking the lumber to be worked in multi-stages, and pressurizing and compressing the lumber to be worked of the specific stage during the operation of one process of collectively compressing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed a multistage compacting apparatus in which the lumber W to be worked is sandwiched at upper and lower faces; a plurality of pairs of heating plates 20 heating and compressing the lumber W to be worked start heating and compressing the lumber W to be worked; when the thickness of the lumber W to be worked reaches a specific thickness by compressing by the pair of heating plates 20, compressing of the lumber W to be worked W is stopped; pressing energy of a pressing mechanism 10 applying external force compressing the lumber W to be worked to the heating plate 20 sandwiching the lumber W to be worked at the upper and lower faces is used for compressing the lumber not having reached a specific thickness; and the temperature control for the lumber W to be worked having reached the specific thickness and that for the lumber W to be worked not having reached the specific thickness, are separately performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
