<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger free from transferring of a film component into a die in press working, and capable of preventing splashing of press oil, so that color slipping is not be found, and drying failure can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: This aluminum fin material for the heat exchanger, includes a base made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, a chromate phosphate film formed on the base with 10-30 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of attachment amount, and a hydrophilic film formed on the chromate phosphate film with 80-300 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of attachment amount. The hydrophilic film is made of lithium silicate, and the lithium silicate includes 5-15 pts.wt. of Li<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O to 100 pts.wt. of SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
