<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device for notifying of guidance, guidance notification system, guidance notification method for the guidance notification system which enable a caller utilizing an origination side terminal to grasp a state of a call receiver utilizing a termination side terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A server device for notifying a first terminal device of guidance in the case that a call is requested from the first terminal device to a second terminal device comprises: a guidance setting information database for storing a state of a user of the second terminal device and guidance depending on the state of the user; a guidance selection part for reading out the guidance from the guidance setting information database, when the second terminal device does not respond to a message which is transmitted from the first terminal device to request the call to the second terminal device; and a guidance transmission part for notifying the first terminal device of the read out guidance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
