PURPOSE: An optical member, display device having the same, and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the difference of refractive index by an empty space, by coating the empty space of an accommodating part with a resin. CONSTITUTION: A first wavelength conversion layer(430) is arranged in the inner surface of the light entry area of an accommodating part(410). A second wavelength conversion layer(440) is arranged in the inner surface of the light exit area of the accommodating part and is separated from the first wavelength conversion layer. A buffer part(450) is arranged between the first wave wavelength conversion layer and the second wavelength conversion layer. An epoxy resin is coated or filled in the buffer part. The buffer part reduces the light loss between the first and the second wavelength conversion layer.
