PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting the natural frequency of an aerogenerator is provided to add an additional mass and vary the position of the mass in order to lower the natural frequency below a resonant point using a weight tank, thereby preventing the generation of resonance within an operational speed range for the aerogenerator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting the natural frequency of an aerogenerator includes a nacelle(300), a tower(400), and a weight tank(500). The nacelle has equipment for operating and generating in order to convert wind energy into electric energy. The tower separates the nacelle from a support at a certain distance, and supports the nacelle. The weight tank at the tower is supplied with or discharges a weight article. The weight tank is capable of being installed inside the tower or of protruding outside the tower.
