<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club allowing increase of a head speed while increasing a head weight so as to increase a ball speed to extend the carry distance of a ball. <P>SOLUTION: In this golf club 1, the tip of a shaft 3 is provided with a head 2, and the rear end of the shaft is provided with a grip 4. A club weight is 290 g or less, and the ratio (head weight/club weight) of the head weight to the club weight is 0.67 or more and 0.72 or less. A grip weight is 27 g or more and 45 g or less. When a distance from the tip of the shaft to the gravity center of the shaft is denoted by L<SB POS="POST">G</SB>and when the full length of the shaft is denoted by L<SB POS="POST">S</SB>, 0.54≤L<SB POS="POST">G</SB>/L<SB POS="POST">S</SB>≤0.65 is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
