<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable setting of the target value of the physical quantity reflecting the storage quantity of heat in a hot blast stove for a time longer than the time constant of a hot blast stove. <P>SOLUTION: A process model, which is a calculation model of a hot blast stove 100 is used to derive a charging heat quantity Q<SB POS="POST">in, p</SB>after the present point of time in a control section 702, such that the prediction value T<SB POS="POST">si, p</SB>of the lowest temperature of the silica brick in a prediction section 701 is close to the candidate of the target lowest temperature T<SB POS="POST">si, ref</SB>of a silica brick set in the optimization time range, and the value of an objective function J<SB POS="POST">1</SB>whose evaluation becomes higher as the difference of a charging heat quantity Q<SB POS="POST">in</SB>by furnaces and by cycles between adjoining cycles in a control section 702 is smaller, is minimized. Then, the process is repeated by changing the candidate of the target lowest temperature T<SB POS="POST">si, ref</SB>of the silica brick until obtaining the target lowest temperature T<SB POS="POST">si, ref</SB>of the silica brick for minimizing the value of the objective function J<SB POS="POST">2</SB>whose evaluation becomes higher as the sum total of the charging heat quantity Q<SB POS="POST">in, p</SB>after the present point of time in the optimization time range is smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
