<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal repair method which has no risk of leakage of personal information in a terminal unlike screen transfer, is available offline and supports an operator who performs the repair work, when repairing a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: Input of a terminal condition of a terminal to be repaired 10 is received from an operator, repair items to repair the terminal condition of the terminal to be repaired 10 and repair setting values which are values to be repaired corresponding to the repair items are extracted according to the input terminal condition, and a repair code which at least includes the repair items and the repair setting values is generated. The terminal to be repaired 10 decodes the repair code, acquires the repair items and the repair setting values, and executes repair processing of the terminal condition on the basis of the acquired repair items and repair setting values, in response to input of the repair code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
