<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration resistance of an electrical device by suppressing the occurrence of a displacement and flexure of a positive electrode or a negative electrode. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical device is formed by laminating a positive electrode, a separator and a negative electrode, in the order.
