PURPOSE: A quantized pain sensitivity measurement apparatus and a method thereof are provided to easily perceive a progress of treatment by digitalizing a degree of pain into an objective scale. CONSTITUTION: A pain input unit(120) classifies a stimulus into various stages. The pain input unit applies a stage-wise stimulus into the human body. A brain wave measurement unit(130) measures brain wave. A brain wave display unit displays variation of the brain wave. The pain input unit applies the stage-wise stimulus with an electric device.
