SURGE ABSORBER

PURPOSE: A surge absorber is provided to prevent a printed circuit board from being damaged by locating a surge absorbing device in the center of a glass tube. CONSTITUTION: A pair of glass tubs(20) are arranged on both ends of a glass tube(10). The glass tube receives inert gases. A pair of sealing electrodes(30) are arranged on the inner side of each glass tub. The sealing electrodes are connected to lead wires. A surge absorbing device(40) is received in the glass tube to maintain an insulating property.
