<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device for a welfare vehicle which is configured to prevent operation of an economy-running function with a simple means while a welfare device is operated. <P>SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine control device 1 for the welfare vehicle includes an economy-running ECU 10, a wel cab ECU 20, and a changeover switch 30. While the changeover switch 30 is turned on, the control for the economy-running function by the economy-running ECU 10 is set to be prohibited, and the behavior of the welfare device by the wel cab ECU 20 is set to be permitted.
