<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven or knitted fabric for antivibration rubber, excellent in followability to a rubber elastomer when the antivibration rubber is deformed, and excellent in slidability. <P>SOLUTION: The woven or knitted fabric for antivibration rubber has a multilayer structure having one layer as a sliding surface and the other layer as a fixed surface to rubber.
