PURPOSE: A synchronous type bidirectional DC-DC converter is provided to prevent damage to a MOSFET(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) by limiting inrush current in initial operation. CONSTITUTION: A primary side MOSFET unit(10) charges a high voltage battery. A transformation unit(20) outputs high voltage AC power to the primary side MOSFET unit. A secondary side MOSFET unit(30) outputs low voltage AC power to a transformer. An inrush current limit circuit unit(40) limits current of low voltage DC power.
