PURPOSE: A complex blow type rotary drying device of a multi-compartment method is provided to select a drying blow method according to residual moisture content and product property of a drying material in a single drying device. CONSTITUTION: A complex blow type rotary drying device(1) of a multi-compartment method comprises a cylindrical main drying drum(100) and a plurality of sub drying drums(210-260). The main drying drum supplies and discharges a non-drying material and is divided to an inlet chamber and a discharge chamber by a sealed partition member. The sub drying drums is radially arranged to outer circumference of the main drying drum. One of the sub drying drums is divided to a flowing chamber and a spilling chamber by the partition member. The non-drying material supplied to the inlet chamber is supplied to the flowing chamber of the sub drying drum. According to rotation of the main drying drum and the sub drying drum, the non-drying material is supplied from one of the sub drying drums to the sub drying drum, is supplied to the spilling chamber of the sub drying drums, and is supplied to the discharge chamber from the spilling chamber.
