PURPOSE: A wheel cover for a vehicle is provided to regularly maintain a fixed state with a simple operation structure regardless of the rotation of a wheel and to maximally reduce the danger due to the wheel cover by including a lightweight structure. CONSTITUTION: A wheel cover for a vehicle comprises a cover plate(31), a pattern plate(32), and a weight(40). The cover plate is rotatably connected while a bearing(50) is included in a wheel(11). The pattern plate is attached to the front side of the cover plate. The weight maintains the cover plates in a fixed position regardless of the rotation of the wheel and comprises a housing(41) and a fluid filling(43). The housing comprises a circular chamber inside, and the fluid filling is partially filled inside the chamber.
