PURPOSE: A foam injection molding method of an interior material for a vehicle, a foam injection molding mold, and a device for controlling reverse pressure of gas thereof are provided to improve molding efficiency such as insufficient molding or burr by smoothly filling resin through rapidly discharging gas after generating reverse pressure of the gas inside the mold for a few seconds. CONSTITUTION: A foam injection molding method of an interior material for a vehicle comprises: a step of inserting a product material through a hopper; a step of generating reverse pressure of gas inside a molten resin injection mold by injecting the gas inside the mold; a step of injecting the product material inside the mold through an injection machine; a step of shooting filled resin inside the mold by opening in a predetermined distance after injecting by removing the injection machine; and a step of smoothly filling the resin by discharging the gas inside the mold before completing the injection.
