<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently compensate for characteristics of a transistor 121 in the case of insufficient capacity size of a holding capacity 132 for holding a voltage between a gate and source of the transistor 121. <P>SOLUTION: A holding capacity 70 is added to a data line 14 for holding a voltage according to the gradation level in an initialization period. In a compensation period, in a state where a transistor 123 is turned on, a transistor 122 is turned on so that a transistor 121 makes the current flowed according to the drive capability of the transistor 121, and the voltage having been held by the holding capacity 70 is subjected to negative feedback control according to the drive capability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
