<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical type washer capable of accurately detecting the position of balancer, which is movable in a circumferential direction with respect to the rotational axis of a drum, when the drum rotates at a low speed before exceeding a resonance rotational number, and drastically reducing the vibration caused by the drum rotating at a speed higher than the resonance rotation speed. <P>SOLUTION: A vertical washer comprises: a drum 1 supported to be rotatable around a vertical axis, on which an eccentric load acts due to eccentricity of laundry W contained therein; a motor 3 rotationally driving the drum 1; one or more balancers 21 attached to the drum 1 so as to move in a circumferential direction of the drum 1 to cancel the imbalance due to the eccentric load; and a rotation control part 4 for controlling a rotational speed of the drum by driving the motor. The rotation control part 4 is configured to maintain a first rotational speed that is a rotation speed slightly lower than the resonance rotation speed of the drum 1 for a fixed time, and then increase the rotational speed to a rotation speed higher than the resonance rotation speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
