<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection device which simplifies the operation required for the size reduction of a projection image to the utmost extent. <P>SOLUTION: A projection device comprises a micro mirror element 17 which forms a rectangular optical image in response to an inputted image signal, a projection optical system 18 to 23 which expands the optical image formed by the micro mirror element 17 and projects the image on the projection object surface, a key switch part 32 which gives instruction to reduce the size of the image projected by the projection optical system, and a control part 26 which reduces the rectangular optical image formed by the micro mirror element 17 according to the instruction, using the upper side of the image as a standard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
