摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of controlling an angle of attack, capable of stably controlling an angle of attack of a blade of a translational blade. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid flow control apparatus in which translational blade vanes 1 go around an elliptic track in parallel is referred to as a translational blade. In the translational blade, connection part-equipped power transmission wheels 4 are connected to both blade ends of the translational blade vane 1 to establish the elliptic track. A flow of a fluid is controlled by wheeling the connection part-equipped power transmission wheels 4 in an interlocked manner while periodically controlling angles of attack of the translational blade vanes 1. The translational blade vane 1 comprises a blade part 2 and blade end connection parts 3 connected to both blade ends thereof.
