<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication device of a Near Field Communication (NFC) card functioning as a kind of passive card by itself. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 5 of an information communication device 1 of the NFC card comprises an IC chip to control a display 4, etc. An operation key 8 outputs an instruction signal to the control section 5 according to an operation of an operator. The display 4 is controlled by the control section 5 to display a communication object and communication content, etc. A power supply unit 7 comprises a coin battery, etc. to supply power to the control section 5 and the display 4, etc. A communication antenna 2 is connected to the control section 5. The information communication device 1 includes a NFC chip 6. A NFC antenna 3 is connected to the NFC chip 6 via a switch circuit 9.
