ACTUATOR, OPTICAL SCANNER, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that reduces a variation in shape of a movable part during manufacture to reduce moment of inertia during rotation of the movable part, an optical scanner, and an image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: An optical scanner 1 comprises: a light reflection part 211 having a light reflective property; a planar movable part 21 that includes the reflection part 211 and can be rotated around a predetermined center axis of rotation; connection parts 23 and 24 that are connected with the movable part 21 and torsionally deform in association with the rotation of the movable part 21; and a support part 22 that supports the connection parts 23 and 24. The movable part 21 has a shape in which respective four corners of a square are rectangularly cut in plain view from the thickness direction of the movable part 21 (cross shape).
