摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove residues of bonderized products accumulated in a tooth profile formation pattern during operation of a forging press apparatus, in a forging press apparatus for manufacturing workpieces wherein a tooth profile is formed on their outer peripheries. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary press section 10 includes a mandrel (main shaft) 16, a still lower mold 18 and an upper mold 14 moving vertically. A workpiece W<SB POS="POST">1</SB>after primary processing that is engaged with the mandrel 16 and is fixed between the mandrel 16 and lower mold 18 is subject to secondary processing while the upper mold 14 moves down. A tooth profile formation pattern 19 is formed on the inner side surface of the lower mold 18, and a tooth profile T is formed on the outer periphery of a workpiece W<SB POS="POST">2</SB>after secondary processing. An air conduction hole 22 is formed inside the mandrel 16, and a slit-like groove 40 is formed in the tip end surface of a mandrel tip end 16a. Compressed air c1 is jetted to the outside of the mandrel tip end 16a through the air conduction hole 22 and slit-like groove 40, thus blowing out residues of bonderized products accumulated on the bottom surface 19a of a tooth profile formation pattern 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
