摘要 <p>PURPOSE: Graphene-conjugated metal oxide semiconductor-graphene core-shell quantum dots are provided to have excellent photoelectric efficiency, to have a low material cost, to have a simple manufacturing process, thereby providing a light-emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: Graphene-conjugated metal oxide semiconductor-graphene core-shell quantum dots contain oxide semiconductor nanoparticle as a nuclei and have a structure which surrounds the nuclei, as a shell. The oxide semiconductor is a zinc oxide. The graphene consists of a graphene sheet consisting of a single layer or a plurality of layers. The graphene is a graphene with a band gap of a bowing shape. The graphene has a chemically bonded shape through a coupling with oxygen atoms.</p>
