PURPOSE: A quantum rod luminescent display device is provided to improve full-color display quality by blocking the light of short wavelength passing through a quantum rod panel among the light emitted from a backlight unit. CONSTITUTION: A quantum rod panel(102) includes a first and a second substrate(110,170) and a quantum rod layer(155) having quantum rods. The quantum rod layer is formed between the first and the second substrate. A backlight unit(180) is formed in the lower part of the quantum rod panel. A light recycling sheet(197,198) is formed between the quantum rod panel and the backlight unit or in the upper part of the quantum rod panel to perform light selection reflection and penetration.
