PURPOSE: A method for testing the water pressure of a pipe for a vessel and a marine structure is provided to group unit pipes installed in different blocks and to perform a water pressure test by a single process, thereby reducing time required for the test. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing the water pressure of a pipe for a vessel and a marine structure is as follows. The database of the information of the pipe installed in the vessel or the marine structure in which a plurality of unit blocks is assembled is compiled. The database of the information of a unit pipe by receiving information including a serial number of a line, the total length of the line, a serial number of the unit pipe, the length of the unit pipe, a diameter of the unit pipe, a serial number of a unit block, a driving source, and fluid delivery pressure. A plurality of the unit pipes, which is installed in different blocks and enables to join the water pressure test, is grouped as a package pipe based on the information of the pipe recorded in the compiled database. The unit pipes of the grouped package pipe are coupled according to a determined water pressure test schedule The test is performed after coupling unit pipes of the grouped package pipe according to a determined water pressure test schedule.
