PURPOSE: A user mode conversion method of a mobile device and the mobile device thereof are provided to offer a use mode for setting the operation of the mobile device by converting the use mode of the mobile device according to the selection of a user. CONSTITUTION: The control unit receives a use mode selected by a user. A mode of a processor(130) is converted into the selected use mode through the control unit. The use mode is set for enabling a user to use a part operation of the mobile device. The use mode of the mobile device includes a first use mode and a second use mode. The operation range of the mobile device in the first use mode is different from the second use mode.
