The system has a memory which stores the computer program for generating representation of internal structure of patient (7) in the region surrounding target area (P). The location of target area is detected in the absence of artificial marker using phase transitions in edge region of target area. The irradiation planning of target area is implemented. The therapeutic irradiation of target area is executed with recording of inner structure in area surrounding target area. The adaptation of therapeutic radiation to the target area is performed using limiting phase transitions.
