PURPOSE: A multi-contact point temperature regulating system is provided to guarantee control performance and a stable output value in an emergency case by combining a PID control technology with a purge technology. CONSTITUTION: A register module(100) sets up the whole use environment of a multi-contact point temperature regulating system(10). The register module includes a control register(101), a data register(103), and a state register(105). A contact point control module(200) performs contact point temperature control corresponding to each process according to feedback data and temperature profiles. The contact point control module includes a temperature control unit(201), a heater operating unit(203), and an input/output unit(205). An input/output module(300) includes an input unit(303) and an output unit(301) to perform communication with external devices. A memory module(400) supports an interface for communication with an external host.
