PURPOSE: A camera module and a 3D image obtaining method thereof are provided to operate an OIS(Optical Image Stabilization) actuator and to obtain 3D images of a subject by using images of the subject output by an image sensor according to the movement amount of a lens barrel. CONSTITUTION: A camera module comprises a lens barrel(111), an actuator(110), an image sensor(120), a sensor(250), a driving unit, and an image signal processor(130). The lens barrel includes at least one lens. The actuator moves the lens barrel. The image sensor converts images of a subject, which are received through the lens barrel, into electric signals. The sensor senses shakes. The driving unit receives information with respect to the sensed shakes from the sensor, thereby driving the actuator. The image signal processing unit generates 3D images according to the movement amount of the lens barrel by using the images of the subject output by the image sensor.
