PURPOSE: A gas range energy saving and safety device is provided to induce heat to flow to the opposite side of a user by gradually heightening the upper side with the same height of the lower side. CONSTITUTION: A gas range energy saving and safety device comprises an insulation unit support plate(19) and an opening unit support plate(13) on the upper surface of a base plate(11) shaped into a hollow plate. A semicircular strip-shaped inner insulation plate(25) with an opening at 180° or smaller angle, a middle insulation plate(21), and an outer insulation plate are inserted into the upper groove of the insulation unit support plate. The height of the lower side is horizontally equal. The height of the upper side is gradually enhanced. One side of the insulation unit support plate is installed with a radiator plate which adheres to one side of a bimetal. A current flow terminal is separately installed from the bimetal. A gas range energy saving and safety device allows the current flow terminal, an amplifier, a battery, and the radiator plate to flow through.
