发明名称 VIBRATION TESTING SYSTEM FOR A FUEL PUMP
摘要 PURPOSE: A vibration testing system of a fuel pump is provided to improve the efficiency of a vibration test by improving the accuracy and convenience of the vibration test with respect to a GDI(Gasoline Direct Injection) fuel pump which is relatively sensitive to vibration and to improve the performance of the fuel pump itself. CONSTITUTION: A vibration testing system of a fuel pump comprises a vibration tester(3), a cam driving block(5), a fuel pump seat(7), a fuel tank(9), a flow control valve(11), and a control unit(13). The vibration tester generates vibration in a specimen arranged on a table with the table. The cam driving block is mounted on the table of the vibration tester. The fuel pump seat is mounted on the cam driving block for assembling a fuel pump for a test. The fuel tank is connected to the fuel pump seat through a fuel supply line. The flow control valve is mounted in a lateral end of the fuel tank seat of a fuel line. The control unit controls the vibration tester, the cam driving block, the fuel tank, the flow control valve, and the fuel pump according to various sensing signals.
