PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition containing a culture medium for proliferation of immunocytes is provided to improve anti-aging and anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition containing a culture medium for proliferating of immunocytes comprises: a step of preparing a medium for proliferation of immunocytes(T cells)(S11); a step of isolating lymphocytes from animal peripheral blood(S12); a step of mixing the lymphocytes in the medium and culturing the immuocytes(T cells) to prepare a mixed culture solution for proliferation of immunocytes(S13); a step of isolating the immunocytes from the mixed culture solution and preparing a culture solution for proliferation of immunocytes(S14); and a step of mixing a cosmetic ingredient with the culture solution for proliferation of immunocytes(S15).
