PURPOSE: A bone extension apparatus is provided to operate in the inside of the skin where a long bone is located, and to be able to minimize an incision area of the skin when the bone extension apparatus is operated. CONSTITUTION: A bone extension apparatus includes: an upper plate(110) attached to the upper bones; a lower plate(120) attached to the lower bones; and a shaft rotating by the rotary power of a universal joint member, which has rails penetrated into the inner space of the upper plate and the inner space of the lower plate and is installed in the upper side of the upper plate. The lower plate separates the interval between the upper plate and the lower plate by moving along the rails.
