PURPOSE: A device for controlling a seat belt webbing for a vehicle is provided to stably wear the seat belt for young children without installing a separate booster seat. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a seat belt webbing for a vehicle comprises a C pillar trim upper(100), a C pillar trim lower(200), a webbing(300), and an upper anchor D ring(400). The upper anchor D ring is installed to the C pillar trim upper. The upper anchor D ring inflects the direction of the webbing withdrawn from a retractor installed to the inside of the C pillar trim lower. A webbing hanger unit(410) is integrally formed to the lower end of the upper anchor D ring and the position of the webbing is varied. A cut-out unit(411) is formed to the webbing hanger unit.
