METHOD, GATEWAY AND BASE STATION FOR PROVIDING DYNAMIC QOS IN LOCAL NETWORKS

PURPOSE: A dynamic QoS(Quality of Service) providing method of a local network, a gateway, a base station, and a terminal thereof are provided to allow a terminal to dynamically receive QoS in case the terminal receives a service through a local network connected to a macro network. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver(1110) receives a bearer management request message from a mobility management device of a macro network according to a QoS policy. The QoS policy is received to a local gateway of a local network from the QoS management device of the macro network through a BBF(BroadBand Forum) access network. The transceiver transmits an access configuration message to a terminal. The transceiver receives an access configuration completion message transmitted from the terminal. The transceiver transmits a bear management response message to the mobility management device. A controller(1120) manages the local gateway and a bearer session.
