PURPOSE: A frame for a pendulum shearer is provided to prevent a cut material from being piled to the frame by forming a discharging hole discharging the cut material on a floor frame unit. CONSTITUTION: A frame(100) for a pendulum shearer comprises a floor frame unit(110) and a lateral frame unit(120). The lateral frame unit is arranged to both sides of the floor frame unit. The lateral frame unit supports a pendulum shearer cutting a material which is guided from the outside. A discharging hole(112) which a cut material is discharged is formed to the floor frame unit.
