PURPOSE: A roll for controlling pressure and maintaining horizontality is provided to control hardness of a pressure control roll which is inserted into both ends of the roll according to a predetermined pressure force which is applied to the roll and to be used after controlling tension. CONSTITUTION: A roll for controlling pressure and maintaining horizontality comprises an inner case roll, first and second outer case rolls(30,40), a pressure control roll(20), and a skin roll(50). The inner case roll includes a protrusion unit on the central end of the outer circumference. Each stepped protrusion is individually formed on both sides of the protrusion unit. One end of the first and second outer case rolls is inserted into the outside of the stepped protrusion, and includes a space between the rolls and the inner case roll.
